1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1โ€“2 business days

Once you place an order, our team:

  • Performs quality checks
  • Packs your items securely
  • Hands them over to our courier partner

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Delivery (India): 3โ€“7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode and courier network.

Express Delivery

Available for select pincodes on request. Extra charges apply.


3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee

COD Charges

If you offer COD, add:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking ID

Tracking can take 12โ€“24 hours to get updated by the courier.


5. Packaging

Every order is packed with:

  • Brand packaging

We ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2โ€“3 times.
If the order is undelivered after attempts, it will be marked RTO (returned to origin).

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number is reachable
  • Address is correct and complete

7. Delays

Delivery delays may happen due to:

  • Festivals
  • Weather conditions

  • Courier backlogs
  • Government restrictions

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

House of Gaurisa is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Unreachable customer

If the parcel returns due to incorrect address, reshipping charges apply.

If you plan international shipping, add:
