At House of Gaurisa, every piece is carefully quality-checked before it reaches you.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our online store.


1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

βœ… Wrong product received

(Example: incorrect colour, size, or design)

βœ… Damaged or defective item received

(Manufacturing defect or transit damage)

βœ… Item received in incomplete condition

(Missing charm/stone/etc.)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Earrings (due to hygiene)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom / personalised items

3. Return Window

You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After 48 hours, we cannot accept return requests.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product & packaging

Our team will verify and approve the request.


5. Return Process

Once approved:

  1. We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if available in your pincode).
  2. The product must be unused and in original condition, including:
    • Jewellery pouch
    • Box
    • Invoice
    • Tags

If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you may need to courier the product to us manually.


6. Exchange Policy

You may exchange only for:

  • The same product
    OR
  • A product of equal or higher value (paying the difference)

Exchanges are approved only after physical quality inspection.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued ONLY in these cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Out-of-stock situations

Refunds are processed to:

  • Original payment mode (UPI/Card/Wallet)
    OR
  • Store credit (on request)

⏳ Refund Time

Please allow 5–7 working days after approval.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, we cannot cancel your order.


9. Important Notes

  • Products returned in used/damaged condition will not qualify for refund/exchange.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject returns after inspection.
  • House of Gaurisa is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
