Once you place an order, our team:

Packs your items securely
Hands them over to our courier partner

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping Fee

COD Charges

If you offer COD, add:
₹50–₹70 COD fee applies depending on courier.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier name
Tracking ID

Tracking can take 12–24 hours to get updated by the courier.

5. Packaging

Every order is packed with:

Protective bubble wrap
Premium jewellery box/pouch
Brand packaging
Safety seal

We ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is undelivered after attempts, it will be marked RTO (returned to origin).

Please ensure:

Address is correct and complete

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

House of Gaurisa is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

Unreachable customer

If the parcel returns due to incorrect address, reshipping charges apply.
